I’ve been taking these with breakfast for about a month now, and the omega-3s don’t leave any fishy aftertaste, which is a huge win for me. It’s nice having one blend cover the basics without needing a handful of separate bottles.

The capsule size is perfect for me since I usually struggle with big pills, and I’ve noticed my energy feels steadier through the afternoon. I’ve only been taking it with breakfast for a few weeks, but the omega-3s in the mix are a nice bonus since I don’t eat fish often.

I take these with breakfast and the omega-3s haven't left any fishy aftertaste, which was my main worry. Only thing is the bottle says take two daily, so a month's supply runs out faster than I expected.
