I take it after my morning runs and my knees don't ache the way they used to on stairs. Two weeks in and I'm already moving through squats and lunges with less stiffness.

The texture is surprisingly light for a liquid supplement, so it’s easy to down before my morning run. I’ve noticed my hips feel steadier during squats and my recovery isn’t as sore the next day. It’s become a non-negotiable part of my routine.

Three weeks in and my knees don’t creak on stair climbs anymore — that liquid formula absorbs fast with no gross aftertaste, which is huge for me. I’ve even cut my recovery days between workouts from two to one, so I’m moving a lot freer than I did last month.
