Three weeks in and my stomach finally feels calm after meals, no more that heavy bloated feeling by bedtime. The bulk kit is generous too, I get about two months per bag brewing it as a loose herbal blend.

I’ve been drinking a cup after dinner for two weeks now and the bloating is honestly just gone by morning—the blend is soothing enough that I actually look forward to it. It’s become the easiest part of my nightly routine, and my digestion feels noticeably calmer without any harsh effects.

The blend is so gentle that I noticed my stomach feeling calmer within a few days, and the bloating after meals has noticeably eased. The herbal taste is surprisingly pleasant too, not at all like some detox teas I've tried. This has become a regular part of my evening routine.
