Zestawy probiotyków luzem (Partnerzy)

Took these for about three weeks and the bloating after meals has calmed down a lot. I like that it combines prebiotics and digestive enzymes in one capsule instead of buying two separate bottles.

My digestion feels noticeably smoother since I started these, and the prebiotics in the mix really seem to help the probiotics do their job. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I’ve had more energy throughout the day than I expected.

The digestive enzymes in this blend are what sold me—I started taking it after meals and the bloating that used to hit me by mid-afternoon is just gone. My stomach feels quieter and more settled, and I’ve noticed I’m not catching every cold that goes around the office lately.
