The energy boost hit me about 30 minutes in, and I actually finished my whole workout without dragging. Six weeks in, the thermogenic side seems to be working since my jeans fit looser without me changing much else.

The thermogenic kick is real—I feel it about twenty minutes after taking it, and my afternoon slump is basically gone. It's also nice that I'm not crashing or feeling jittery, just steady energy for my workouts.

Three weeks in and my energy stays steady through the afternoon, no crash after lunch like I used to get. The thermogenic kick is noticeable during my morning cardio, and it doesn’t mess with my sleep. Solid mix for anyone pushing through a cut.
