I sip this during long training sessions and the electrolytes must be doing something because I'm not crashing at the end like I used to. It dissolves clean with no chalky aftertaste, which was my issue with other powders.

I’ve been reaching for this after my morning runs and the difference in how my muscles feel is noticeable—no more afternoon crash. The mix dissolves cleanly in water, and it’s light enough that I don’t feel bloated, just properly hydrated and ready for the rest of the day.

The flavor dissolves instantly in cold water with no gritty aftertaste, which is rare for electrolyte mixes. I downed one after a sweaty noon run and felt the energy lift kick in within minutes, keeping me fresh through the afternoon slump.
