Kosteusräjähdys-pakkaus (kumppanit)

I usually drag through afternoon workouts, but since I started mixing this in my water I'm actually finishing strong instead of fading halfway through. The electrolyte blend really does the job for how fast it brings my energy back up.

The mix dissolves cleanly in my water bottle with no chalky grit, and the electrolytes actually pull me out of that afternoon slump. I've been reaching for it after every workout and even on lazy days when I need a pick-me-up.

I've been mixing a scoop into my water bottle after long runs and the electrolyte blend actually keeps me from crashing by mid-afternoon. Only gripe is it doesn't fully dissolve if I use cold water straight from the fridge, so I stir it first.
